A family of three, including an electrical engineer, his wife, and their software engineer son, died in a road accident on National Highway-19 near Burdwan. Their car collided with a gas tanker that had stopped abruptly. The driver of the car survived with critical injuries. The family was reportedly traveling at high speed and was on their way to the airport to see off their son.
