Rajasthan ACB Recovers Unaccounted Cash and Arrests Employee for Bribery
Rajasthan's Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) recently took action against government officials in two separate cases. In one, two Agriculture Department officers were intercepted on the Delhi-Jaipur highway with Rs 2.63 lakh in unaccounted cash, allegedly collected from fertiliser and pesticide units during inspections. In another case, a Jaipur Municipal Corporation employee was arrested for accepting a Rs 50,000 bribe related to property lease processing. Both incidents are under investigation or legal proceedings.
