Three Arrested in West Delhi After Stolen SUV Injures Two Police Officers

In West Delhi's Vivek Vihar area, police arrested three men from Uttar Pradesh—Mashrur, Asif, and Aqeel—suspected of involvement in around 50 vehicle thefts. The accused were intercepted on January 15-16 while driving a stolen white Kia Seltos with a fake number plate. During the arrest, the SUV rammed police vehicles and injured two officers, Head Constable Devender and Constable Manish, who were hospitalized and are stable. Police used a towing truck and physical force to stop the vehicle, and an investigation is ongoing.
