Three Arrested in Jaipur for Assisting Overseas Cyber Fraudsters Including IIT Student

Gurugram police arrested three individuals, including IIT Jodhpur student Saurabh Kumar Meena, from Jaipur for assisting overseas cyber fraudsters. They provided and operated bank accounts for fraud, taking a 30% commission and transferring remaining funds via USDT cryptocurrency. Police recovered multiple mobile phones, SIM cards, ATM cards, bank passbooks, and cheque books. The arrests followed a complaint about a Rs 313,000 Telegram fraud. Two accused are in judicial custody; Meena remains under police remand as investigations continue.
