A wanted criminal, identified as Sukhjinder Singh from Jalandhar, was apprehended in SBS Nagar after a shootout with police. Singh sustained a leg injury during the exchange of fire. Authorities were tracking him following an attempted robbery and a failed attempt to fire at a garment store owner. Investigations revealed Singh's involvement in looting two petrol pumps and his contact with an individual abroad who had a personal dispute with the store owner. Efforts are underway to apprehend his two accomplices.
