Speeding Truck Collides with Vehicles at Pune's Navale Bridge, Motorcyclist Killed

A motorcyclist was killed when a speeding truck lost control and collided with six vehicles near the Navale Bridge on Pune's Mumbai-Bengaluru highway around 6:30 am. The truck, descending from Katraj, hit vehicles stopped at a red light, causing a chain collision. The deceased, Ashpak Hanif Chowdhary, died on the spot. Police detained the truck driver and are investigating. Navale Bridge is a known accident-prone 'black spot,' and the crash temporarily disrupted traffic.
