
Four men were arrested in Leh, Ladakh, in connection with the March 6 daylight murder of Harvinder Singh, the sarpanch of Patto Hira Singh village in Moga. Police allege the killing stemmed from personal enmity, with the prime suspect suspecting the victim of an affair with his wife. The assailants reportedly used rented vehicles during the attack, firing about 15 rounds. The suspects were brought back to Moga for further investigation and court proceedings.
