Four individuals have been arrested in Mohali for the fatal stabbing of a man on New Year's Day. The victim, Mukesh, was reportedly attacked during an altercation when he and his relatives intervened to bring a relative home. Police identified two suspects as pinning the victim while another allegedly inflicted the fatal stab wound. The arrests were made following an investigation utilizing CCTV footage and technical intelligence, with charges filed under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Further interrogation is ongoing to recover the weapon.
