Couple Arrested for Allegedly Selling Same Dwarka Flat Multiple Times

A couple from Dwarka Sector-9, Naresh Kumar Sikri and his wife Sharda Sikri, were arrested in Greater Noida for allegedly cheating multiple people by selling the same mortgaged flat several times. Police investigations revealed they collected around Rs 2-2.5 crore through fraudulent sale agreements. Sharda was previously declared a Proclaimed Offender after absconding. The couple confessed to the scheme, reportedly devised to settle bank dues. Both have been sent to judicial custody, with further investigation ongoing.
