Mumbai Police Arrest Six in Online Housing Scam; Other Fraud Cases Under Investigation

Mumbai police have arrested six individuals involved in an online housing scam where fake property listings and forged documents were used to cheat buyers of lakhs of rupees. The prime accused remains at large. Separately, a Kurla woman was duped of over Rs 45 lakh in a fake scrap business investment scam, and Lodha Developers filed a complaint against a former employee for allegedly defrauding the company of flats worth Rs 3.84 crore. Investigations are ongoing in all cases.
