A 25-year-old woman was shot in Gurugram after allegedly refusing a marriage proposal from a man she knew. The incident occurred in the early hours of December 20 at a club on MG Road. Police arrested two suspects, Tushar and Shubham, who reportedly confessed to the crime. Tushar allegedly befriended the victim six months prior and, after repeated rejections, shot her when she refused his proposal again. The victim is hospitalized and was initially unable to provide a statement. A previous confrontation at the victim's home was also reported.
