
Mumbai Airport Customs conducted operations leading to the seizure of drugs, precious stones, currency, and gold worth over Rs 46 crore. In a week-long operation, officers seized 44.29 kg of hydroponic weed and methaqualone valued at around Rs 45 crore, along with currency and valuables. Separately, a 40-year-old man was arrested for attempting to smuggle diamonds and foreign currency worth Rs 1.04 crore to Dubai, with 455 carats of natural and lab-grown diamonds recovered from his possession.
