Jharkhand Railway Police rescued two girls aged 13 and 16 from Simdega district who were allegedly being trafficked to Delhi for domestic work. A 40-year-old woman, Reshma Devi from Delhi, was arrested during a train checking drive. She reportedly promised the girls monthly salaries of Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,000 and admitted to previously trafficking girls. Cases against her include kidnapping, rape, human trafficking, and violations under the POCSO Act. The girls were placed in a safe shelter, and the woman was handed to the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit.
