Delhi Police Arrest Seven for Robbing Student Using Fake Cryptocurrency Deal

Delhi Police arrested seven members of a syndicate, including kingpin Amit Jain, for robbing a student at gunpoint after luring him with a fake discounted USDT cryptocurrency deal. The 21-year-old student was robbed of Rs 1.83 lakh near Paschim Vihar East Metro Station. Police recovered cash, a pistol with live cartridges, vehicles, and multiple mobile phones used in the crime. The accused created fake social media pages to target cryptocurrency buyers and were apprehended following CCTV and digital surveillance.
