Police in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, arrested a 50-year-old man accused of raping a minor in Dholpur, Rajasthan. The man, identified as Rajesh Sisodia, a dismissed constable, was found wearing a burqa and lipstick in an alleged attempt to evade capture. He had been absconding since December 15, reportedly luring the minor with a job offer. Sisodia had previously been dismissed from service due to a POCSO case and faced other allegations. He is now in custody for further legal proceedings.
