Mother and Son Killed in Bengaluru Road Accident Involving College Bus

In Bengaluru, a 37-year-old woman named Sangeetha and her 8-year-old son Partha were killed on January 19 after being struck by a private college bus while crossing Viveknagar Main Road en route to Army Public School, where Sangeetha worked and Partha studied. The bus driver fled the scene and is currently being sought by police, who have seized the vehicle and registered cases including hit-and-run and negligent driving. The bodies were sent for post-mortem examination.
