Man Arrested and Four Juveniles Apprehended in Delhi Budh Vihar Murder Case

Delhi police arrested a 19-year-old man, Anish Jha, and apprehended four juveniles in connection with the murder of 25-year-old Raja alias Mangal Singh in Budh Vihar. The victim was attacked with knives and a beer bottle on the night of February 22-23 and declared dead at a hospital. The attack reportedly stemmed from a prior dispute involving damage to one accused's scooter. Police recovered weapons and identified suspects through raids and surveillance.
