Pimpri-Chinchwad Police have seized approximately 86 kilograms of ganja, valued at over Rs 57 lakh, in two separate operations conducted around the New Year's Eve period. The Crime Branch of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate made the seizures, leading to four arrests. One operation in Akurdi resulted in the confiscation of 55 kg of ganja and two vehicles, while another in Chakan reportedly seized 31.12 kg. Investigations are ongoing, with authorities urging public cooperation in combating drug trafficking.
