Two Dead, Three Injured in Fire at Scrap Storage Plot in Delhi's Pitampura

A fire broke out early Tuesday at a vacant plot in Pitampura village, outer Delhi, used for storing scrap cardboard and cartons under tin sheds. The blaze spread rapidly due to highly flammable material, resulting in two deaths and three burn injuries. All victims, residents of Bihar's Nalanda district, were living on-site and engaged in scrap collection. Firefighters brought the fire under control by 3:25 am.
