Candidate Dies Hours After Completing Railway Police Recruitment Physical Test in Mumbai

A 30-year-old candidate, Akshay Mashal from Buldhana district, died hours after completing physical tests for the Government Railway Police recruitment in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. He finished running events up to 1,600 metres and collapsed about four and a half hours later while resting near a temple. He was taken to Rajawadi Hospital, where he was declared dead. Authorities have registered an accidental death report and await post-mortem results to determine the cause.
