Man Arrested in Gorakhpur for Daughter's Death Initially Reported as Accident

In Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, Kamlesh Bharti was arrested for allegedly killing his daughter, Neha Bharti, after she refused to end her relationship with a neighbour. Initially reported as an accidental fall on a sickle, police investigations revealed inconsistencies in the injury pattern. Kamlesh confessed to attacking Neha with a sickle following repeated disputes over her phone conversations with a local youth. Neha later died in hospital, and the weapon was recovered by police.
