Case Registered Against Man for Alleged Flashing at Minor Girl in Thane

Police in Thane, Maharashtra, registered a case against a 28-year-old man for allegedly flashing at a 13-year-old girl on March 14 in the Bhiwandi area. The complaint was filed by the girl's mother, a resident of the chawl where the incident occurred. The case was registered under section 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, according to police officials.
