Cases Registered in Thane for Sexual Offences Involving Minors

In Thane district, Maharashtra, police have registered separate cases involving minors. A 28-year-old man was charged for allegedly flashing at a 13-year-old girl in Bhiwandi on March 14, under section 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act. Additionally, a 16-year-old boy was booked for forcibly kissing and stripping in front of a 15-year-old girl in Ambernath, with charges under section 74 and the POCSO Act. Investigations are ongoing in both cases.
