Nagpur Cyber Police arrested a Malawian national and two others for allegedly defrauding a woman of Rs 7.5 lakh. The suspects created a fake profile on a matrimonial website, promising marriage to the victim. The Malawian national, Francis Masuku Zimba, was found to be staying illegally in India. The arrests were made in Pune after technical analysis traced the fraudulent transactions to local bank accounts allegedly used by Zimba.
