A 35-year-old man has been sentenced to death by a Hyderabad court for the July 2011 murder of a woman relative. The accused, a blacksmith from Karnataka, was found guilty of stabbing the victim after she rejected his alleged illicit advances. He was also fined Rs 10,000. Police registered a case, arrested the accused, and filed a charge sheet leading to the conviction.
