A chargesheet filed by Delhi Police alleges that a 52-year-old Ministry of Finance official, Navjot Singh, could have survived a fatal BMW crash last September if he had received timely medical care. The report states Singh remained alive for at least 15 minutes after being struck by a speeding BMW near Dhaula Kuan. The accused, Gaganpreet Makkad, is alleged to have deliberately delayed assistance, with the BMW reportedly traveling at 100-110 kmph in a 50 kmph zone.
