A contractor has filed a case against Mumbai-based Ensemble Infrastructure India Limited in Mohali, alleging fraud, theft, and breach of trust. The contractor claims he was awarded a Rs 1.41 crore project for electrical and LV work, invested heavily, and completed work worth approximately Rs 86 lakh. He alleges the company withheld payments totaling Rs 80-85 lakh and later broke into his onsite store, taking materials and equipment. Police have registered a case based on an investigation confirming the allegations.
