Speeding Car Crashes into Electricity Poles on Kakowal Road, Causing Power Outage

A speeding car crashed into electricity poles on Kakowal Road, Ludhiana, around midnight, causing three poles to collapse and four cables to fall, resulting in a power outage lasting about 12 hours. Four youths inside the vehicle escaped with the help of airbags. Emergency teams worked overnight to manage hazards and restore electricity by evening. Residents expressed concern over frequent overspeeding on this road and the risks posed by exposed live wires.
