Minor Arrested in Gurugram for Shooting Criminal Over Payment Dispute

Gurugram police arrested a minor from Delhi for allegedly shooting dead Manoj Ojha, a 32-34-year-old criminal with 16 registered cases, near Kherki Daula toll plaza. The minor, found with a country-made pistol, claimed Ojha promised him Rs 20 lakh for contract killings but failed to pay, leading to a dispute and the shooting. Ojha sought medical help but died on arrival at a hospital. Another accused, Lokesh, was also arrested in connection with the case.
