
A fire broke out early Tuesday at a vacant plot in Delhi's Pitampura village used for storing scrap cardboard and cartons under temporary tin sheds. The blaze spread rapidly due to highly flammable materials, leading to two deaths and three burn injuries. All victims, residents of Nalanda district in Bihar, were engaged in collecting and selling scrap. Firefighters brought the fire under control after deploying multiple units.
