Gurugram police have arrested Madhuban, a convict sentenced to life imprisonment for the 2006 murder of advocate Jagmal Singh Thakran. Madhuban, who was on the run for 14 years after being released on bail in 2011, was apprehended in Palwal. He had murdered his employer by assaulting him with an iron rod, then fled with valuables. The court had cancelled his bail, leading to his prolonged evasion of arrest.
