UP Man Kills Wife and Dies by Suicide Over Childlessness Dispute

In Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, a man named Vinod allegedly killed his wife Mamta and then died by suicide over their inability to have children. The couple, married for about nine years, reportedly often quarreled about this issue. Vinod took Mamta to a forested area under the pretense of visiting her parents for Holi, where he attacked her with a knife before stabbing himself. Both bodies were recovered and sent for post-mortem, with police investigating further.
