A Chinese national, identified as Huajia Jie, was arrested on Friday by Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and police in Maharajganj district, Uttar Pradesh, for attempting to enter India without valid visa and passport documents via the Indo-Nepal border. She was intercepted near Bairia Bazaar in the Nautanwa area. Investigations are ongoing to determine her city of origin and the purpose of her visit, with language barriers hindering initial questioning. A passport with visas for Pakistan, Nepal, and Vietnam, along with mobile phones and a translation device, were recovered.
