A Hindu Ansar member, Bajendra Biswas, was fatally shot by a colleague, Noman Mia, at a garment factory in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. The incident occurred during what witnesses described as a casual interaction, with Mia reportedly asking Biswas, "Shall I shoot?" before firing a shotgun. Mia, also an Ansar member, has been arrested. This shooting is the third killing of a Hindu man in Bangladesh within two weeks, following the lynching of Dipu Chandra Das over blasphemy allegations, raising concerns about minority safety.
