Two women in Mumbai reported a frightening experience with an auto-rickshaw driver who allegedly cut their ride short, demanded immediate payment, and then subjected them to verbal abuse and threats. The driver reportedly objected to them talking loudly. The women stated they were trying to reach the Jio Convention Centre for a concert. One woman, Tina Soni, shared a video of the incident on Instagram and has filed a police complaint. The driver allegedly drove the auto towards her when she began recording.
