Two Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation Women Die by Suicide in Canal

Two women employees of the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation, Sejal Patel (26) and Ripal Rawat (24), died by suicide after jumping into a canal in Gandhinagar on March 6. One had informed her family of her intent before the incident. Their bodies were recovered by police and fire brigade, with post-mortem examinations conducted. No suicide note was found, and authorities are investigating the reasons behind their deaths, with an accidental death report filed.
