Sigachi Industries' Managing Director and CEO, Amit Raj Sinha, has been arrested in connection with a fatal industrial blast at the company's pharma plant in Telangana's Sangareddy district on June 30. The explosion killed between 46 and 54 people and injured several others, with some still reported missing. Police have registered a case against six individuals from the company, naming Sinha as Accused No. 2. Sigachi Industries stated they are cooperating with the legal process and supporting affected families.
