Security has been intensified at Tihar jail following the transfer of gangster Anmol Bishnoi, brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, from NIA custody. Bishnoi, facing charges in multiple criminal cases including the Sidhu Moosewala murder and the Salman Khan residence firing, has been placed in a high-security cell under 24/7 surveillance. Prison officials conducted a thorough assessment of inmates linked to gangs and informers before his placement. Limited movement is permitted, but interactions with other prisoners are restricted, and food is served inside his cell.
