
Two men in Kerala have been sentenced to life imprisonment until death for sexually assaulting minors under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. In Kollam, Kalaivanan Kamaraj was convicted for abusing a four-year-old girl, including causing burn injuries, while in Thiruvananthapuram, priest Bineesh was sentenced for assaulting a 14-year-old girl under the pretext of exorcism rituals. Both cases involved manipulation of victims' families and were prosecuted with multiple witnesses and evidence.
