In Aizawl, Mizoram, nine individuals, including four police constables and five women, have been arrested for their alleged involvement in a fraud racket. The group is accused of duping buyers by selling fake narcotic substances and other contraband. The constables reportedly posed as CID officers to arrest buyers, who were then released after paying money that was divided among the accused. The operation, which involved fake methamphetamine tablets, has been carried out multiple times.
