
Police in Amberpet arrested four alleged loan sharks in connection with the February 24 deaths of Kadgekar Ramraj, his wife Madhavi, and their son Shashank Raj, who were found dead at their home. Investigations revealed the family had borrowed about ₹57 lakh to run biryani outlets and faced daily high-interest demands and harassment from the accused. Suicide notes cited illegal financial pressure, and police seized blank cheques, promissory notes, and land documents. The accused have been charged under relevant legal provisions for abetment of suicide.
