Manipur Police Arrest Militants and Seize Arms in Multiple Operations

In Manipur, security forces arrested multiple militants linked to banned groups including the People's Liberation Army (PLA), Kangleipak Communist Party (Taibanganba) faction, Revolutionary People's Front PLA, and People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (Progressive) PREPAK (Pro). A woman militant was detained for recruiting cadres, while others were held for extortion activities. Authorities also seized weapons, explosives, and cash during operations in Imphal East and Churachandpur districts.
