Man Arrested for Posing as Seer to Cheat Elderly Woman of Gold in Delhi

On March 3 in Delhi's Pitampura, a 65-year-old woman named Raj Rani was deceived by a man posing as a seer who, along with an accomplice, convinced her to hand over gold jewelry under the pretext of a ritual. Police arrested Mithun, previously involved in similar crimes and detained in Uttar Pradesh, recovering one gold locket. Investigations continue to locate the remaining jewelry and the second suspect.
