Mumbai Doctor Found Dead in Locked Hospital Room; Police Investigate

Dr. Anuja Kulkarni, a 44-year-old unmarried ENT specialist at Mumbai's Jagjivan Ram Railway Hospital, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in her locked room on the hospital's fourth floor. She failed to report for scheduled surgeries, prompting concern among colleagues who discovered her body after unsuccessful attempts to contact her. Mumbai Police have registered an Accidental Death Report and initiated an investigation, awaiting post-mortem results from Sir J.J. Hospital to determine the cause of death.
