FBI's Most Wanted Fugitive Alejandro Rosales Castillo Arrested in Mexico for 2016 Murder

Alejandro Rosales Castillo, a 27-year-old American on the FBI's list of 10 most wanted fugitives, was arrested in Pachuca, Mexico, for the 2016 murder of Truc Quan "Sandy" Ly Le in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, vehicle theft, and kidnapping, Castillo allegedly forced the victim to withdraw money before killing her. The FBI offered a $250,000 reward and worked with Mexican authorities to locate him, leading to his capture on January 16.
