19-Year-Old College Student Alleges Drugging and Gang Rape at Bengaluru Villa; Police Investigate

A 19-year-old college student from Tamil Nadu alleges she was drugged and gang-raped by two men at a private villa party in north Bengaluru on February 14. She reportedly met one accused through Instagram and was forced to consume a pink tablet before the assault. The accused allegedly threatened her to keep silent. Police have registered cases under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are investigating both the sexual assault and a counter-extortion claim filed by the accused. The survivor has claimed other victims may exist.
