Thane Court Sentences Man to 10 Years for Sexual Assault of Minor

Despite the accused's DNA not matching the victim's foetus, the court relied on consistent victim testimony and medical evidence to convict him. The victim had been assaulted in two separate incidents by different individuals. The court described the crime as heinous and denied leniency, noting the victim's severe mental trauma.
