Man Arrested for Allegedly Using Minor Sons to Steal from Foreign Tourists in Delhi

Delhi police arrested a man for allegedly involving his two minor sons, aged 13 and 15, in stealing from foreign tourists near Jama Masjid. The case arose after an Uzbek national reported USD 7,200 stolen during a visit for his daughter's cancer treatment. Police recovered over USD 7,000, an ATM card, and a mobile phone purchased with stolen funds. The father and juveniles have prior theft-related records, and the father reportedly kept stolen items to avoid suspicion.
