A Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) bus was stolen from a parking lot opposite Ludhiana's bus stand depot on the night of August 28-29. CCTV footage showed a group of seven to eight men arriving in a pickup truck, tampering with the bus wiring, and driving it away.
