A Delhi Police constable, Deepak Kumar, has been arrested in Ghaziabad for allegedly causing the death of a 65-year-old man with a speeding car on December 14. The victim succumbed to injuries on December 21. Further investigation revealed the car used in the incident was stolen three years ago from Noida and had a fake registration plate. The constable, who was suspended, faces charges including causing death by negligence and impersonation.
